As a life-long learner, occasional artist, career educator and mental health therapist; I believe that becoming a “whole self” is the ultimate creative activity! Each of us is a work in progress. We each have our own unique path for "becoming." I am happy to support individuals of all ages who are on this path but are struggling to manage challenges in their life and help them to create the person they would like to be and the life they want to live.

I have worked with kids and families for over 20 years. In lots of different environments:
  • co-operative preschools
  • public schools (K–5)
  • homeschool family programs
  • family therapy & children's mental health

We each have our own story to tell, our own challenges to overcome, and our own gifts to share. All kids and families have their strengths and challenges. I believe that there are no dysfunctional families or "broken" kids and that all kids and families can use support.

It is my intention to support you, your kids and your families to build healthy respectful relationships with each other so that you can find and create positive, effective solutions to the challenges in your life that make sense for your needs.

I believe mental health is about healing, resilience, and finding balance by allowing the self to grow and change in response to life experiences.

There are many pathways to healing and developing healthy balance and I would be honored to support you in finding yours.

It has always been my greatest pleasure to assist and support individuals to create the life they desire for themselves. I can think of nothing more important than supporting you to do that work.
